Emanuele A. Mangiafico has been an attorney for more than 20 years. Attorney Mangiafico is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut Bar. Attorney Mangiafico served in the United States Air Force from 1991 to 1997 as a member of the Connecticut Air National Guard. Attorney Mangiafico served as Chairman of the Zoning Board for the City of New Britain.
Attorney Mangiafico received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut, where he graduated with an Accounting Degree from the School of Business. He graduated Cum Laude. He graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
Attorney Mangiafico is admitted to the Connecticut Bar, the Bar to the District Court of Connecticut, the Massachusetts Bar, and the Veteran Court of Appeals in Washington DC.

Hayley K. Melse is an ambitious attorney looking forward to representing you.
Hayley has lived in California, New Mexico, Texas, and Connecticut. She attended undergrad at the University of North Texas, earning her B.A. in Communications.
In 2017 she moved to Connecticut to attend the Quinnipiac School of Law. During her time in law school, she gained insight into multiple facets of the legal system by working at the Milford Public Defender’s Office, Middletown Prosecutor’s Office, and a foreclosure firm. She completed her Juris Doctorate in 2020, was admitted to practice in Connecticut, and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Hayley is the 2023/2024 Chair to the Estate and Probate Section of the Young Lawyers Section to the Bar Association.
Hayley resides in Berlin with her husband and two pugs. When she is not working on clients’ legal matters, you can find her hiking, taking her pugs for walks or just enjoying the outdoors.
